It’s so nice to post a good news story during these challenging times.
This was a great project that Justine Moyle and I directed and produced prior to the pandemic. It’s the story of two industries – the gold industry and the University of Queensland’s AIBN – coming together for a unique collaboration around a game changing discovery – that gold nanoparticles can be used to detect cancerous cells.
With continued research and support this could be a milestone moment for early cancer detection and treatment.
